An Arizona native, Austin Goodale
has been an Arizona family law and divorce attorney since 1985
and has represented clients in
Family Court matters continuously for more than two decades.
A Personal and
Professional Understanding of Divorce
Mr. Goodale knows family law, and he knows the Family Court system.
Equally important, he understands the pain of divorce, both personally and professionally;
he empathizes with and feel compassion for his clients whose
marriages are ending or are experiencing post-decree turmoil.
Mr. Goodale and his wife share a blended family of six children
– four of whom are married – living in the East Valley, with two younger
children still at home. He understands family, relationships, and Family Law; he represents his clients with both a heart of compassion and with
skill in family law. He stands ready to hear about, and to
respond to, your family law situation.
In addition to his busy law practice, Mr. Goodale serves as a
Judge Pro Tempore in the Maricopa County Superior Court, Family Court Division.
Personal,
Educational and Military Background
Mr. Goodale attended Central High School in Phoenix.
In 1975 he graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado
Springs and began serving our country as a U.S. Air Force officer and pilot.
After a year of pilot training, Mr. Goodale was stationed in the U.S. and in the Far East as a
U.S. Air Force pilot, flying missions in the U.S., Asia, the Pacific and Europe
and accumulating more than 2,000 flying hours.
Following six years as an active duty military pilot, Mr. Goodale attended Texas Tech University School of Law and Texas Tech College of Business Administration, graduating in 1985 with both a law degree and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
